Since every order is made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production. After that, delivery times are:

• USA: 4–8 business days
• EU / UK / Canada / Australia: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Where tracking is available, you'll receive it by email once your order ships. Not all shipping routes support tracking, but we'll always send you what we have.

Because every item is printed specifically for you, we don't accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. However, if your item arrives defective or incorrect, we'll make it right — replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery.

EU & UK customers: You have a 14-day cooling-off period under consumer law.
