  • Overview: Welcome to Dad Jokes Company. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Dad Jokes Company. We operate dadjokescompany.com and related services to provide a shopping experience for printed apparel and gifts ("Services"), powered by Shopify and fulfilled via Printify. We ship to customers worldwide. These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. By visiting or using our Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
  • Access and Account: You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. To make a purchase you will provide your email, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent that all provided information is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining account security. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned.
  • Our Products: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images. Colors and appearance may differ due to device settings. We do not guarantee that products will meet your expectations or appear identical to images. Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change without notice.
  • Orders and Fulfillment: Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted when we confirm them and process payment. Review your order carefully — cancellations may not be possible after acceptance. All products are printed and fulfilled via Printify and shipped directly to you. We do not hold physical inventory. Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.
  • Prices and Billing: Prices are subject to change. The price charged will be as confirmed in your order. Shipping is free on all orders worldwide with no minimum. Prices do not include applicable customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise charges for all purchases including applicable taxes and fees.
  • Shipping and Delivery: We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier receives the package.
  • Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges: We do not accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. If your order arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at dadjokescloth@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. You may request either a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund to your original payment method. No physical return of the item is required. Refunds typically process within 10 business days though your bank may take additional time.
    • EU and UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason under applicable consumer protection law. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us at dadjokescloth@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to exercise this right.
  • Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, designs, images, and materials are owned by Dad Jokes Company or third-party licensors. Use of our intellectual property is limited to personal non-commercial purposes. Unauthorised use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • Third-Party Links and Tools: We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided as-is and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or functionality. Your use is at your own risk.
  • Relationship with Shopify and Printify: Our Services are powered by Shopify and fulfilled via Printify. All orders and transactions are between you and Dad Jokes Company. Shopify and Printify are not responsible for your purchases including defects or issues.
  • Feedback: Any feedback you submit grants us a perpetual worldwide royalty-free licence to use, modify, and distribute it. You represent that you own all rights to the feedback and it does not violate third-party rights.
  • Errors and Omissions: We may correct errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing at our discretion.
  • Prohibited Uses: You may only use our Services lawfully. Prohibited activities include unlawful purposes, intellectual property infringement, harassment, transmitting viruses, spamming, impersonation, or any activity harmful to our Services or users. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
  • Termination: We may terminate access at any time without notice. Sections on Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law survive termination.
  • Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability: Products and Services are provided as-is without warranties. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products. Notwithstanding this, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and cannot be excluded by this governing law clause. EU and UK customers retain all rights afforded to them under applicable EU and UK consumer protection legislation.
