Refund policy

  • Made to Order: Every item is printed specifically for you when you order it. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect in any way, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at dadjokescloth@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, photos showing the defect or error, and let us know whether you would like a replacement or a full refund. We will either:
    • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
    • Issue a full refund including the original product price
    • No physical return of the item is required.
  • EU and UK — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If your order is shipped to the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason. Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Contact us at dadjokescloth@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to exercise this right. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Non-Refundable: For customers outside the EU and UK — incorrect size ordered by the customer, change of mind after receiving the order, sale items, and gift cards cannot be refunded. EU and UK customers please refer to the 14-day cooling-off period above.
