Shipping policy

- Fulfillment: All products are printed and shipped via Printify. We do not physically handle inventory.
- Processing Time: Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before shipment. Production times may vary depending on the item.
- Shipping Cost: Free shipping across the US, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand — no minimum order. For all other destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times after production:
- United States: 4–8 business days
- United Kingdom, EU, Canada, Australia: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
- These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and customs processing.
- Fulfillment Centers: Your order is automatically routed to the Printify fulfillment center nearest to your location for faster production and delivery.
- Tracking: Tracking information is provided where available and varies by carrier and destination. If tracking is available for your order you will receive it by email once your order has been shipped. Not all shipping methods or destinations include tracking.
- Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, your country may apply customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product price. We have no control over these charges.
- Risk & Title: Once Printify ships the order, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
- Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be refundable.
- Lost or Damaged in Transit: If your package is lost or damaged, contact us at dadjokescloth@gmail.com. We will work with Printify to resolve the issue.
